I voted as to not finding them attractive.

1. cant say im too infatuated with boobs, sure i like them but size doesnt really matter to me =\

2. they generally look...off?

3. it makes me feel the women is either lacking in confidence or is extremely vain or a combination of the two.

I am indifferent, if they are done well they can look attractive, I do like large breasts, not too big, however sometimes small breasts are nice too, hell... breasts are nice.

of course, a nice natural pair is always prefered.. but either way im not fussy, a nice pair of breasts are a nice pair of breasts, if they're fake it doesn't put me off much.

Some people also should take into consideration those who have the procedure due to complications from breast cancer. A friend of mine was in just that situation. Note I'll be only turning 20, so this friend of mine is much older... Anyway she had the procedure because she had a breast removed. So this stereotype against those who have implants should be taken with a grain of salt. Those who have floatation devices installed are not subject to this exeption.

saw an documentary about bad surgeons, where a body builder wanted implants to look better, and during the operation the doctor gave him female implants instead, and the surgeon 8sed a rusty cake spoon to get the implants inside.

I put down 'attractive', but maybe this should be 'other' instead -

I have a friend who got them; I knew her both before and after. She experienced a very real and very noticeable improvement in her self-esteem and confidence, and generally seems a LOT happier now. To hear her describe the difference it's made for her, she now feels a lot less excluded - especially in being able to have more clothes that will fit her and not look wrong. Before she had kinda laughed nervously whenever she would talk about female clothing stores, especially her references to Victoria's Secret in particular as something that wasn't meant for her... it was really sad in some ways.

In brief, some women will benefit from them in more than just appearance - and while I generally am a fan of larger breasts, I must note that they serve a very psychological purpose as well.

That is very true.

If you are constantly self-conscious about how you look, and severely lack confidence, then such a procedure may be good for you psychologically. But if you are simply being vain and trying to show off, then this would probably deter more guys than before.

But again, I will never get them out of fear of surgery. And confidence is one thing I don't lack. Right, Iia? ^_~

I prefer naturals. Or even, if a girl is bustier than she likes, breast reduction. A friend of mine is a tit man of superhuman proportions. I would have to say that I don't really like them at all because they are fake. They are just a body part so why bother making them bigger and look unnatural? Naturalness is what matters, not superficial things to boost image.

Well, it might also have to do with the fact that implants are a bit more ... permanent.
Either way, I'd much prefer a girl who looked decent naturally than a girl who looked good with alterations (be it implants, makeup, etc.)
