Same situation I'm afraid :-/

Landlords tend to be afraid pets will ruin the carpet, so I kindof understand the REASON behind an additional pet deposit... but it still irks me.

Then, too, you need to have the time to spend with your pet...

I love animals that can show/return affection - both dogs and cats do so far more than animals that have to be in cages all the time (though those DONT need pet deposits x.x)

I understand I used too live in apartment's too I used to have some Awsome dog's when I was living with my Grandma But when I moved to the apartmen't I had too get rid of them that really sucked!

Well guess im the Strange one Around here.. but here goes. I have a Skunk as pet. and his name is Binky. he's active at night still young and bit scard but it doesn't bite :).

also have a Cat named Rover and well he's lazy but funny, sometimes he just rans through the entire house just suddenly or miauws very cute when he wants to go outside.

1)Lilia-Blue J sings every morning at dawn and is trained to use the bathroom in her cage but its left open so she has free range the cats know better then to touch her...or i put them in the toilet and Flush it ^-^

no my aunti and uncle have a zoo they have a totle of 406 animals to date ^-^ when i first went they only had 200 or so but breeding helps i guess hehe they are retired business men so they can afford it i guess XD

I have 2 budgies. 1 white and 1 green/yellow. Wow some of you have alot of pets. Can't imagine the workload you guys must have. I only have to replace the food/water everyday and clean the bird cage everyday and i think that's a hassle. Props to the peeps who have the big/many animals.
