Looking for recommendations

Hello all! I am currently looking for recommendations for another visual novel to play. The trouble is I am trying to avoid some of the more hard core/ i should grab the vomit bag when proceeding, ones. I liked the Sagara family game and was looking for advice towards more games of this more uplifting vein of the genre (there is enough in the real world to be depressed about).

of the last several games I've played, the better 'lite' ones were Bazooka Cafe, Let's Meow Meow, and Idols Galore. These are all in English version. And there's always Do You Like Horny Bunnies 1 & 2 and Come See Me Tonight 1 & 2... (why do most of the lighter games take place in cafes? :-)

(think twice before buying the downloadable versions... they're locked with a spyware program that won't allow you to play them unless the game phones home to the website... pay for the game, still have to put up with that... no way that's fair)
