Gundam 00 (anime serie, no hentai)

what do you think of the gundam 00 serie?
i think it's pretty sweet, but it's a hard serie to follow, little complicated

It is more mature than the other Gundam series, but I like it.

Gundam 00 definately is one of the best drawn mecha animes.
The detail, colour and composition are just breath-taking.
The character design, however .... I would say not as good as the mechas.

Characters were pretty dark, had bad pasts, the gundams were awesome as usual with their own abilities. Storyline was hard to follow and as Flarey mention more mature as well.

But with anime some of the characters start to resemble each other from the other gundam series like setsuna i think looks like kira but with darker skin and pointier eyes. LOL

Personally, I like Lockon the best. He was the most mature, yet easygoing member of the team. He makes a great match with Feldt.

Gundam X for some reason is the unknown Gundam for most people but your right it is the best Gundam series ever. So much better then the Gundam seed crap and Gundam seed destiny. I

News regarding the Gundam 00 series.

"The North American distributor Bandai Entertainment has announced at its Anime Expo panel on Friday that the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 series will premiere on America's Sci Fi Channel on November 17. Two episodes will air weekly, similar to how two episodes of Gurren Lagann will begin airing July 28. A new Gundam television series has not run in the United States since Mobile Suit Gundam Seed."

So people who have not seen the series will have a chance to now.

I really have a bad feeling about Gurren Lagann being on network tv. I know its going to be filled with all its Gurren Lagann goodness but I just got this bad dubbing feeling. I pray they prove me wrong .

Everyone is so mature and sexy now! Allelujah and Lockon in particular are drop dead gorgeous!

I'm glad they moved away from the gushy SEED-style art design. The contemporary setting and ripped-from-the-headlines plot is very interesting, and I like some of the character concepts, but I wish they would move away from the more asinine plot holes typical of Japanese shows and go back to the relative realism of the early Gundam shows.

I guess what I'm saying is I wish Yoshiyuki Tomino was still in charge of Gundam. Otherwise, a good, solid show with cool mecha; and at the very least, it's tons better than either SEED series. That stuff was awful.
