i agree with ya on:

Males: guts, onizuka, kenshin and alucard are definately worthy
ladies:sailor moon, revy and saber
baddies: lucy, hollow ichigo and saito

I love Saito Hajime

Yeah Saito Hajime I just had to put him on my best of bad guy list. I like to call Saito a nightmare from the pass because he is kenshin nightmare he has come back from kenshin pass to hunt him. Whenever Kenshin thinks back on his pass Saito is always somewhere in there dressed up in his Shinsengumi uniform. The first time I saw Saito I love his smile with eyes closed and the way how he fights dirty.

I was just about to say Onime No Kyo. AKA the the ultimate badass.

Takeshi Yamamoto and his awesome water sword/Shigure Souen Style.

Half the cast of GetBackers. Especially Ban and Shido, the beast master.

Kazu and Spitfire from Air gear.

Ball and Kirin from 666 satan/o part hunter

Master Asia from G Gundam for beating up giant robots with a scarf.

Mugen from Samurai Champloo

Piccolo

Nicholas D. Wolfwood. Trigun

I forgot to mention Sid and Kilik Lunge from Souleater. The fact that they actually have cool character designes and powers instead of being goofy looking, horrible sterotypes or fodder makes them worthy enough of mention.

My Fav is Karas from Karas.
Don't know much about him, all I know is he is from Karas, that was produced by Tatsunoko and he is a fighter on Tatsunoko vs capcom. Though, from what I've heard, i actually want to see the anime series.
