Pretty much what tief said.

Nisemidi would be the best if his series weren't so damn short. Nobody has better coloured hentai pics then those works.

Also, Tsukino Jyogi of Delusion Diary and loveberry can draw some nice cute girls in filthy sex scenes.

Isutoshi (of the Slut girl series) hentai women are smokin hot and he can write a good story and humour.

Newmen's Secret Plot series is similar to that. The story, art and humour may not be as good but the sex scenes are longer and less tame so it evens out.

There's also Distance, but only there later stuff really. Nothing before "My sister".

Whoever the heck does those Naruto doujins (Nekomataya?) would be closer to the top of my llist - do the their great art - if it wasn't for the fact that the younger characters always look their, instead of looking more like teens with womens bodies like Jyogi's, and their sex scenes just aren't that great.
