Well since the fuckin tp dispenser seem's kinda high when sitting down to take a shit, I would have to say under for easier access...but then again when im taking a piss I need it to be over so I can reach it better to blow my nose or whatever without getting "pissed" off (and on)...so I am really undecided at this point...all I know is that the fuckin tp better not give me any "shit"! :piss2:

I prefer over the top because it tends to give easier access to the seam as needed and it's more direct to pull from and tear off; pulling and tearing from an under-rolled roll tends to be more likely to yank off more and is slightly more awkward.
